Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice from the scheduled start time will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without any prior notification (a "no-show") will also be considered a late cancellation and will incur the $100 fee.
